Digital Marketing Manager

will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support sales objectives for ongoing and upcoming real estate developments in the UAE.

The role requires strong expertise in digital campaigns, performance marketing, social media, content strategy, and analytics, preferably within a real estate developer environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s branding, sales, and business objectives.
  • Drive lead generation initiatives for ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring quality leads are delivered to the sales team.
  • Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, lead quality, and conversion metrics, while continuously optimizing ROI and marketing effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely lead follow-up, reporting, and campaign alignment.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies, content calendars, and audience engagement initiatives across all digital channels.
  • Oversee website management, SEO/SEM strategies, landing pages, and digital content updates to enhance online visibility and user experience.
  • Work closely with creative agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, and external vendors to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Manage CRM integration, marketing automation, email campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and emerging digital trends within the UAE real estate market.
  • Support project launches, events, and promotional campaigns through targeted digital marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, campaign analysis, and presentations for management review.
  • Ensure all digital marketing activities are aligned with brand guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications- Knowledge And Skills And Abilities And Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the UAE real estate developer industry.
  • Proven experience in lead generation campaigns for residential, mixed-use, or luxury real estate developments.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, social media management, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
  • Experience managing external agencies, creative teams, and digital vendors.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
