Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, robust software interacting with networking devices and managed networks
- Design and implement software interfacing with stores management systems and payload subsystems
- Architect and implement software APIs and ICDs using HTTP, REST, and gRPC
- Build and optimize low level data transport over UDP and TCP
- Write code that interfaces directly with hardware, bridging embedded devices and sensors
- Collaborate with hardware, systems, vehicle, and payload teams
- Travel up to 25% to test, debug, and deploy systems in operational environments
- Contribute across the entire software lifecycle from prototyping to deployment
- Analyze and resolve issues in deployed systems
Requirements
- Experience designing and integrating software for autonomous platforms and mission payloads
- Proficiency in developing networked software and APIs (HTTP, REST, gRPC)
- Experience with low level data transport over UDP and TCP
- Ability to write hardware interfacing software
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for field deployment

What You'll Do
- Develop networked software interacting with networking devices and managed networks.
- Design and implement software for payload and SMS integration to coordinate munitions and mission payloads.
- Architect and implement software APIs and ICDs using HTTP, REST, and gRPC.
- Build and optimize low level data transport over UDP and TCP.
- Write hardware interfacing software bridging embedded devices, sensors, and payload electronics.
- Collaborate cross functionally with hardware, systems, vehicle, and payload teams.
- Travel up to 25% to test, debug, and deploy systems in operational environments.
- Contribute across the entire software lifecycle including prototyping, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in deployed systems.
