About the Role
Anduril Industries is seeking a Forward Logistics Associate to provide on-the-ground logistics support across the Middle East and Africa. This role involves coordinating transportation, managing inventory, and ensuring mission-critical hardware delivery in austere environments.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate the movement of Anduril hardware, spares, and personnel between main operating bases and forward operating bases across the Middle East and Africa
- Coordinate intra theater transport via military airlift, ground convoys, and contracted carriers
- Prepare, validate, and submit all required military transport documentation
- Manage receipt, inspection, and acceptance of inbound Anduril equipment
- Maintain 100% accountability of forward deployed inventory through cycle counts and audits
- Serve as Anduril's logistics liaison to SOCOM customers and partner force units
- Identify gaps in in theater logistics processes and propose scalable solutions
Requirements
- Experience in military logistics or forward logistics in austere environments
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous and high stakes settings
- Knowledge of military transport documentation (DD Form 1149, DD Form 1387, etc.)
- Familiarity with DoD, host nation, ITAR, EAR, and Dangerous Goods regulations
- Ability to live and work at forward bases in designated hazard zones for extended rotations

- The Deployments Team manages the coordination and execution of fielding Anduril's hardware and software products worldwide.

What You'll Do
- In Theater Transportation & Movement Coordination: Facilitate movement of hardware, spares, and personnel between bases.
- Military Transport Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and submit required military transport documentation.
- Inbound & Outbound Shipment Management: Manage receipt, inspection, and acceptance of equipment.
- Sparing & Inventory Accountability: Maintain 100% accountability of forward deployed inventory.
- Cross Functional & Customer Engagement: Serve as logistics liaison to SOCOM customers.
- Operate in Austere & Hazard Zone Environments: Live and work at forward bases in designated hazard zones.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps and propose scalable solutions.
Requirements
