- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional transportation and logistics strategy
- Partner with global logistics leadership to align regional execution with enterprise strategy and objectives
- Develop and execute carrier strategy across all required modes including over the road (LTL, FTL, etc.) air, ocean, and parcel
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and last mile providers
- Design and optimize distribution flows, routing strategies, and transportation service offerings
- Identify opportunities for network efficiency and cost reduction
- Lead regional logistics sourcing and procurement efforts in collaboration with the enterprise logistics strategy and team
- Establish and track KPIs (cost, service, transit time, reliability)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics network
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field (master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, with Middle East experience
- Proven ability to build and scale logistics operations in a regional or international environment, with a strong focus on the Middle East region
- Experience scaling logistics in early stage or rapidly growing organizations
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance

About the Job
- We are seeking a Senior Logistics Manager, Middle East to build, lead and improve our regional logistics function within the Middle East (ME) region.
- This role will establish and scale a high performance ME logistics network, ensuring we can operate quickly and reliably across the region.
- This is a high impact role responsible for end to end logistics strategy, execution, and carrier management across the broader ME region.
- You will act as the regional owner of logistics and transportation functions, ensuring our supply chain is fast, resilient, and cost effective in support of mission critical programs.
About the Team
- Anduril’s Middle East team delivers platforms, systems, and integrated effects from across Anduril’s portfolio to regional customers.
- The Middle East team delivers Anduril’s core products, adapting and applying the products to serve a variety of defense and commercial customers in Middle East market.
- As this team rapidly expands, this role requires an applicant willing to take on diverse responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
- Own and lead all logistics operations across the Middle East region.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional transportation and logistics strategy.
- Partner with global logistics leadership to align regional execution with enterprise strategy and objectives.
- Partner with regional Operations and Business Line teams to coordinate logistics across various geographies.
- Develop and execute carrier strategy across all required modes including over the road (LTL, FTL, etc.) air, ocean, and parcel.
- In partnership with global logistics leadership, source, negotiate, and manage relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and last mile providers.
- Drive service level performance, cost optimization, and capacity planning.
- Design and optimize distribution flows, routing strategies, and transportation service offerings.
- Identify opportunities for network efficiency and cost reduction.
- Build scalable processes to support rapid growth and program expansion.
- Partner with internal compliance teams and external brokers to ensure import/export compliance.
- Lead regional logistics sourcing and procurement efforts in collaboration with the enterprise logistics strategy and team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field (master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, with Middle East experience.
- Proven ability to build and scale logistics operations in a regional or international environment, with a strong focus on the Middle East region.
- Experience scaling logistics in early stage or rapidly growing organizations.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or high technology manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast paced, high growth or ambiguous environment.
- Excellent leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Six Sigma certification or Lean training preferred.
