- Support the definition of PMO reporting requirements and development of standard reporting templates and formats
- Develop forms, templates, and tools to capture project and programme status information
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of key weekly, monthly, and quarterly PMO reports
- Assist in establishing and maintaining PMO reporting schedules and calendars
- Support the design, implementation, and governance of the PMO performance reporting framework
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of reporting analysts and engineers
- Oversee the creation and delivery of PMO level reports, dashboards, and performance insights for stakeholders
- Work closely with project controls, finance, risk, and delivery teams to ensure integrated and accurate reporting
- Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic objectives and delivery milestones
- Ensure reporting processes and outputs comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practice
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in PMO performance reporting, with demonstrated success on major infrastructure or construction programmes
- Experience using reporting tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and BI platforms including Tableau and Microsoft Power BI
- Strong background in data analysis and data visualisation techniques
- Extensive experience in PMO design, including developing and implementing processes, procedures, and systems
- Minimum Level 8 degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related discipline (preferred)

- Minimum Level 8 degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
