Candidates with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Reliability Engineering with more than12 years in the oil & gas industry as a reliability engineer in Oil & Gas companies.
Must have experience in APM systems, IoT-based online monitoring, and predictive analytics.
Lead and execute reliability engineering activities including RCM, FMEA, RCA, defect elimination, and bad actor analysis.
Implement maintenance optimization strategies to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
Conduct reliability data analysis to improve asset integrity, availability, and overall operational efficiency.
Support Asset Performance Management (APM) initiatives to optimize lifecycle performance.
Strong knowledge of RCM, FMEA, RCA and RBI methodologies.
Ability to interpret IoT data streams, predictive alerts, and APM dashboards.
Knowledge of predictive modelling and anomaly detection tools.
Proficiency in CMMS (Maximo preferred) and reliability software.
