Requirements
- Strong supervisory skills including team leadership, crew management, and coordination of onsite activities
- Practical expertise in Drilling operations and Drilling Engineering, with experience in well planning and execution
- Knowledge of Completion operations and Petroleum Engineering principles relevant to well design and performance
- Degree or diploma in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling Engineering, or a related field; industry certifications (e.g., IWCF, IADC) are an advantage
- Demonstrated experience as a Drilling Supervisor or similar role in the oil and gas sector, preferably in onshore operations
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards, with a track record of safe work practices
- Good communication, problem solving, and decision making skills, with ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment

Role Description
- The Drilling Supervisor role is a full time, on site position based in Abu Dhabi.
- The Drilling Supervisor will oversee drilling operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies.
- Daily responsibilities include monitoring drilling performance, coordinating with drilling and completion teams, and supervising onsite personnel and contractors.
- The role involves reviewing drilling plans, optimizing execution, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and environmental requirements.
- The Drilling Supervisor will also prepare operational reports, support cost control initiatives, and collaborate with engineering and management teams to achieve well objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, crew management, and coordination of onsite activities.
- Candidates should possess practical expertise in Drilling operations and Drilling Engineering, with experience in well planning and execution.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Completion operations and Petroleum Engineering principles relevant to well design and performance.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling Engineering, or a related field; industry certifications (e.g., IWCF, IADC) are an advantage.
