- Knowledge of HSE standards and safety compliance

Overview
- Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Production Engineering, or an equivalent qualification with more than 8 years of Oil & Gas industry experience, including at least 5 years in a Production Supervisor or Petroleum Engineer role.
- Responsible for leading daily production operations within the Oil & Gas industry, ensuring activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with operational and HSE standards.
- The Production Supervisor also manages resources, implements Permit to Work (PTW) systems and risk assessments, and drives continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements.
Compensation
- Salary: AED 12,000 + Offshore Allowance
- Rotation: 28/28
