About the Role
Alchemy Business Services seeks a Senior Drilling Supervisor for offshore jack-up rigs in Abu Dhabi. You will represent the company at the wellsite, ensure adherence to drilling programs and safety standards, and coordinate operations.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the company’s official representative at the wellsite during night/day operations, ensuring adherence to drilling programs and safety standards
- Work in close coordination with the Day/Night Drilling Supervisor to maintain operational continuity and achieve safe, efficient drilling activities
- Provide timely and accurate operational reports to the Day/Night Drilling Supervisor, ensuring seamless communication between shifts
- Maintain accurate documentation of drilling activities, equipment usage, and any incidents for reporting and analysis
- Respond promptly to operational challenges or emergencies, implementing safe and effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Ensure proper handover to the Day/Night Drilling Supervisor by providing detailed reports and updates on night/day operations
- Design operational procedures and coordinate with service contractors to ensure efficient logistics management
- Coordinate activities with other units within the Department and related sections
- Supervise drilling, completion, and workover operations, including ESP replacement
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Petroleum Engineering
- More than 10 years of experience in the Exploration & Production (E&P) industry, specializing as a Drilling Engineer and Supervisor
- Over 5 years of proven experience as Night or Day Drilling Supervisor on offshore jack up rigs
- Ability to serve as company representative at the wellsite during night/day operations
- Ability to design operational procedures and coordinate with service contractors for efficient logistics management
- Ability to effectively supervise drilling, completion, and workover operations, including ESP replacement

Job Overview

Salary
- AED 16,000 per month + Family Accommodation
