About the Role
Commercial Bank of Dubai is seeking a Senior Relationship Officer to support Public Sector relationship managers in developing business with government entities. The role requires 3-4 years of banking experience with exposure to Public Sector and a degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Management.

- Assist Senior Team members with development and implementation of new Government Entities products
- Process new applications, renewals, excess and isolated requests for new and existing customers in coordination with Relationship Managers
- Liaise with other departments regarding customer transactions
- Liaison with Government Entities for their day to day banking requirements
- Maintain good relationships with key potential Government Entities clients
- Deal with routine Government Entities' queries through internal and external communication
- Monitor the progress of Public Sector and ensure quick action in case of any adverse development
- Develop competitor awareness to assess competitiveness of Bank's products
- Take active interest to build skills and develop competencies for higher responsibilities
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline preferably Economics or Finance or Business Management
- 3 4 years' experience in banking with exposure to Public Sector
- Computer literate

Description
- Operating in the UAE for over 50 years, CBD manages financial requirements of large corporates and businesses.
- Job Purpose: Closely work with Relationship Managers of Public Sector to develop and expand the Bank’s business from existing Government Entities customers and from new relationships.
Principal Accountabilities

Requirements
