About the Role
Commercial Bank of Dubai seeks a Senior Relationship Officer for Corporate Banking to maintain client relationships, process credit proposals, and ensure timely credit administration.

Responsibilities
- Process renewals and new credit proposals, and handle excess and isolated requests for existing customers
- Ensure timely and accurate credit administration through annual reviews and monitoring of financials, covenants, and other parameters
- Analyze and evaluate customer information such as project reports, feasibility reports, balance sheets, and cash flows to structure credit lines
- Establish good liaison with customers for day to day banking requirements and manage security documentation
- Conduct customer visits as required for business requirements
- Monitor early warning signs of account deterioration to maintain high asset quality
Requirements
- Degree in Economics or Finance or Business Management
- 3 4 years of experience in Corporate/Commercial Banking as a credit analyst or relationship officer with exposure to Corporate Banking in UAE

Job Purpose
- Maintain good relationships with Corporate clients and assist RMs in keeping successful, optimal business with them
Principal Accountabilities
- Process renewals and new credit proposals. Process excess and isolated requests for existing customers in timely and professional manner
- Ensure timely and accurate credit administrations through timely completion of annual reviews and regular monitoring of financials, covenants and other parameters
- Proficient dealing with customer queries to provide appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Analyse and evaluate information given by the customer such as project reports, feasibility reports, balance sheets, cash flows etc. to structure the credit lines
- Establish good liaison with customers for their day to day banking requirements and professionally manage security documentation requirements
- Establish effective and professional communication both internal and external to ensure turnaround time within designated parameters
- Conduct Customer Visits, Whenever Required For Business Requirements
- Monitor development and progress of Commercial deals and ensure quick action in case of any adverse development
- Comply with internal audit requirements in line with the policy guidelines
- Monitor the Early Warning Signs of deterioration of accounts and ensure to keep high quality of assets
Service and Quality
- Professional quality of credit proposals and internal / external communication, in line with the defined policies and procedures
- Strong autonomy and ability to work independently of RM
- Process excess and isolated requests for existing customers within defined TAT
- Proficient dealing with customer queries to provide appropriate solutions to enhance the customer satisfaction levels
Requirements
- Degree in Economics or Finance or Business Management
- 3 4 years of experience of Corporate/Commercial Banking in a capacity of credit analyst / relationship officer with exposure to Corporate Banking in UAE
