About the Role

Responsibilities
- Maintain existing relationships and solicit acceptable new relationships within business strategy
- Originate, structure, and recommend appropriate credit facilities including WC, term finance, treasury, and investment banking products
- Achieve financial and non financial targets as set out in MBOs/KPIs
- Identify and develop new business within target market to achieve unit's plan
- Develop existing relationships and maximize ROA and share of wallet
- Optimize balance sheet usage and structure within portfolio
Requirements
- CA/MBA preferred with minimum 10 12 years of marketing/corporate finance experience
- Complete knowledge of bank's credit policy and operating systems
- Ability to handle large and complex transactions and structure transactions independently
- Strong marketing, credit, and legal knowledge
- Excellent communication and analytical skills

Job Purpose
- Maintain existing relationships and solicit acceptable new relationships within stipulated business strategy by originating, structuring and recommending appropriate credit facilities encompassing WC facilities, term finance, treasury and other Investment banking products where applicable.
Key Result Areas
- Achieve the financial & non financial targets as set out in MBOs' / KPIs.
- Identify and develop new business within the stipulated target market in order to achieve the Unit's plan.
- Develop existing relationships & maximize ROA and share of the wallet.
- Optimize the balance sheet usage and structure within the portfolio under management.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Complete knowledge and clear understanding of the bank's credit policy and operating systems.
- Ability to handle large and complex transactions and structure transactions independently.
- Strong marketing skills, credit and legal knowledge mandatory.
- Good knowledge of various financial products/services offered by the bank pertaining to Working Capital, Term Finance Investment banking & Treasury products.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with ability to perform as a team player.
- Good inter personal and communication skills.
- Has the potential to become a Team Leader and officiates for TL.
- A CA/MBA is preferred with minimum marketing/corporate finance experience of 10 12 years.
