Responsibilities
- Proactively drive new to bank business to grow Emirati and Islamic business presence
- Maintain close contact and relationship with clients to ensure major share of wallet
- Proactively solicit and manage businesses meeting risk reward parameters
- Deliver agreed liabilities numbers and cross sell other bank products
- Liaise internally to ensure service delivery to clients
- Work with product and channel partners to maximize opportunities
- Ensure credit risk and compliance requirements are adhered to
Requirements
- Graduate degree
- 7 10+ years of banking sales experience
- Strong knowledge of retail banking products, service policies, and processes
- Sales profile with confidence, persistence, and strong communication skills

Job Purpose
- The job purpose is to onboard potential quality clients with focus on liability products for Emirati & Islamic segment in the assigned region.
- The candidate will also handle other product offerings like Personal loans, Cards, Insurance and other products.
- The job holder will manage the relationship and support clients in service related matters and onboard Mashreq Gold profile clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively drive new to bank business to grow Emirati and Islamic business presence.
- Maintain close contact and relationship with clients to ensure we remain one of their main banks.
- Proactively solicit/manage businesses meeting agreed risk reward parameters.
- Deliver agreed liabilities numbers and significant cross sell of other products.
- Intra organization liaison ensuring service delivery to clients.
- Work closely with product and channel partners to maximize opportunities.
- Ensure credit risk on account of facilities execution.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, account reviews, and high value transaction monitoring.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate degree.
- 7 10 plus years banking sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of products, service policies and processes of Retail Banking.
- Sales profile that requires confidence, persistence, likeable personality, verbal written skills.
