- Maintain and manage an assigned portfolio of existing business clients to retain and grow relationships
- Identify, solicit, and acquire new business clients in line with corporate strategies
- Negotiate growth in CASA balances and FX fees in conformity with bank's governance standards
- Conduct regular client visits for monitoring and business generation
- Conduct account planning and cross sell other products and services
- Ensure timely business risk administration through annual reviews and monitoring of KYC, financials, covenants
Requirements
- 8 10 years of experience in Business banking
- 5 6 years of exposure to Business Banking, Liabilities in the UAE
- Experience in one or more emerging markets

Job Purpose
- Professional management & maintenance of Business banking relations, in coordination with UH
Principal Accountabilities
- Maintain & manage an assigned portfolio with existing Business clients to retain & grow their banking relationships
- Identify, solicit and acquire new Business clients in line with approved corporate strategies for Assets, Liabilities, Trade and Treasury Sales
- Negotiate appropriate growth in CASA balances/FX Fee in conformity with the Bank’s governance standards
- Making regular visits to clients for both monitoring and business generation purposes
- Conduct account planning with Client Service Team Members & cross selling other products & services
- Establish effective & professional communication to ensure turnaround time and higher client satisfaction
- Ensure timely and accurate business risk administration through timely completion of annual reviews and regular monitoring of KYC, financials, covenants
- Comply with internal audit requirements in line with policy guidelines
Education and Experience
- 8 – 10 years of experience in Business banking with 5 6 years of exposure to Business Banking, Liabilities in the UAE
- Ideally incumbent should have had exposure to one or more emerging markets
