- Collaborate with product, credit, and operations teams to structure solutions and resolve issues
- Monitor portfolio performance, prepare reports and presentations
- Support risk and compliance requirements
- Represent the bank at client meetings, events, and industry engagements
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow client portfolios
- Proven experience in banking or financial services, preferably digital or tech enabled
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
- Solid knowledge of credit principles, risk management, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Russian
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Past experience in banks

- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, with a focus on acquiring new customers, deepening existing relationships, and promoting Monfi Digital Bank’s products and services.
- Meet with clients to understand their financial needs, proposing appropriate digital banking solutions, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with product, credit, and operations teams to structure solutions, resolve issues, and ensure timely onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor portfolio performance, preparing reports and presentations, supporting risk and compliance requirements, and representing the bank at client meetings, events, and industry engagements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow client portfolios, including strong skills in client acquisition, relationship management, and retention.
- Proven experience in banking or financial services, preferably within a digital or tech enabled environment.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
- Solid knowledge of credit principles, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Russian.
- Past experience in banks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
