Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of offshore banking clients, including high net worth individuals and corporate entities
- Build and maintain long term client relationships, conduct regular portfolio reviews, and identify cross selling and upselling opportunities
- Assess client financial profiles, monitor account activity, and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements related to offshore banking
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly
- Prepare client proposals and reports
- Participate in business development initiatives to expand the offshore client base
Requirements
- Strong Business Relationship Management skills including client onboarding, retention, and stakeholder communication
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risk, and make informed recommendations
- Knowledge of Finance and Financial Services, particularly offshore banking products, regulatory frameworks, and compliance standards
- Experience in Portfolio Management, including monitoring performance, optimizing returns, and aligning solutions with client objectives
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
- Proven experience in relationship management within banking or financial services, preferably with offshore or international clients
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to work in a multicultural environment and meet performance targets
- High level of integrity and adherence to ethical standards, with familiarity with AML, KYC, and other regulatory requirements applicable in Dubai and international markets
- Fluent in Russian

Qualifications

- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risk, and make informed recommendations
- Knowledge of Finance and Financial Services, particularly offshore banking products, regulatory frameworks, and compliance standards
- Experience in Portfolio Management, including monitoring performance, optimizing returns, and aligning solutions with client objectives
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; professional certifications in banking or wealth management are an advantage
- Proven experience in relationship management within banking or financial services, preferably with offshore or international clients
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and meet performance targets
- High level of integrity and adherence to ethical standards, with familiarity with AML, KYC, and other regulatory requirements applicable in Dubai and international markets
- Candidates with past experience with offshore banks will be accepted only
