Role Overview
Acquire and onboard new clients within the Business Banking commercial segment and HNIs.
Manage and grow a Business Banking portfolio by providing personalized banking solutions.
Develop strategies to retain high-value clients and maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
Client Acquisition and Growth
- Identify, market, and onboard new clients while ensuring robust portfolio growth.
- Work with other units to maximize cross-sell opportunities across banking products.
- Achieve or exceed budgeted sales and service targets.
- Generate low-cost transactional money and other revenue streams from the portfolio.
Compliance and Risk
- Ensure client interactions and transactions comply with bank policies, Central Bank guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with business banking activities.
- Ensure new client onboarding follows compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Service and Innovation
- Gather market feedback and translate it into product development and innovative customer offerings.
- Improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with service and back-office teams to meet client expectations.
- Resolve SAS and Correspondent Bank queries within department turnaround times.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required for expatriates.
- A higher degree diploma or equivalent qualification is required for nationals.
- An MBA is preferred.
- At least five years of experience in branch banking, operations, relationship management, or customer service is required.
- In-depth understanding of the target market and its requirements is required.
- Strong working knowledge of banking products and services and HNWI relationship management skills are required.
