- Contribute to talent pipeline development and employer branding initiatives
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast paced environment
- Experience in structured/competency based interviews
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Experience in government or semi government entities preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field

Overview
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team on a 6 month contract, with the potential for extension up to 1 year.
