Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Senior Real Estate Agent.

The Senior Real Estate Agent will oversee sales, leasing, off-plan and secondary investments, and responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless process for buyers, sellers, and landlords.

Qualifications

Experience in property sales, leasing, and portfolio management
Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and client relationship management
Understanding of the Dubai real estate market, off-plan investments, and market trends
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in CRM tools and other real estate management software
Proven leadership and mentoring experience to support junior team members
Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification
