Responsibilities
- Represent the company in selling off plan and secondary properties from leading developers
- Leverage prior developer side experience to provide clients with accurate insights into project timelines, payment plans, handover processes, and developer reputations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese speaking clients, investors, and stakeholders
- Manage the end to end sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience
- Collaborate with marketing teams to participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and client events targeting Chinese investors
- Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, regulations, and emerging developer projects
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 3 years of real estate experience in the UAE
- Must have prior work experience in real estate
- Proven track record in off plan sales and primary market transactions
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation abilities
- In depth knowledge of UAE's primary market
- Fluent in Mandarin and English

About the Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Property Consultant with proven experience working on the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, in depth knowledge of UAE’s primary market.
