Role Summary

DRE Homes is seeking a high-caliber **Senior Real Estate Agent** to join our elite **Core Team**.

This is not a typical real estate role.

You will work directly alongside the **CCO**, gaining privileged access to **off-market premium listings**, **vetted fresh leads**, and strategic deal support.

Your primary focus will be closing high-value transactions while the CCO ensures your pipeline remains full.

Qualifications**
