Overview

  • We are looking for a proactive Admin Executive with a strong background in real estate operations. You’ll be the backbone of our sales support managing leads, optimizing CRM data, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track leads from inquiry to closure using CRM tools.
  • Maintain accurate client databases and activity logs.
  • Coordinate site visits, follow ups, and documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries via calls/emails.
  • Generate reports and insights to support sales decisions.

We’re Looking For

  • 1 2 years of admin/sales support experience in real estate.
  • Hands on with CRM software (eg, Salesforce, HubSpot, or property specific CRMs).
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and deadline driven.
  • Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
