- Represent premium off plan and ready properties across Abu Dhabi
- Build and manage a strong portfolio of HNW clients, investors, and partners

- Mentor and support junior agents
- Conduct curated viewings, virtual tours, and professional presentations
- Maintain CRM accuracy and uphold company sales processes
- Collaborate with developers, internal teams, and marketing to maximize sales performance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Real Estate Agent, Team Leader, or high performing sales professional
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage high value clients and complex transactions
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Deep knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred

- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with authority, professionalism, and strong market expertise
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Real Estate Agent, Team Leader, or high performing sales professional
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage high value clients and complex transactions with confidence
- Professional appearance, polished communication style, and strong business acumen
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target driven
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, etc.) are an advantage
- Deep knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
