Role Purpose
To revise and verify received measured quantities from technical office in order to ensure accurate valuation of works, variations, and payments in accordance with contract requirements, drawings, and site progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements
- Ensure compliance with contract documents and approved methods of measurement
- Measure executed works on site for interim and final valuations
- Assess variations, design changes, and scope modifications
- Support evaluation of contractors’ and subcontractors’ claims
- Maintain robust records for quantities, variations, and cost data
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or related discipline.
- +7 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor on construction projects.
- Experience with main contractors on civil works.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, and measurement practices.
- Saudi Arabia project experience is an advantage
