- Ensure strict compliance with HSE, quality standards, and contractual obligations
- Act as the primary interface with clients, consultants, and internal leadership
- Drive performance reporting, progress tracking, and issue resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil or equivalent)
- 10+ years of experience in contracting, with a strong focus on industrial projects
- Proven track record managing large scale, complex construction works
- Strong knowledge of contracts, claims, and project controls
- PMP certification is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision making skills
