- Direct day to day site operations across all construction phases of industrial projects

- Control site budgets, material consumption, and manpower allocation
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, specifications, and HSE regulations
- Coordinate with technical office, planning, and procurement teams to resolve site issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- 10–15 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in industrial projects
- Proven track record managing large scale contracting operations
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
- Strong command of English

Main Purpose of Job
- Lead the end to end execution of industrial construction projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards while maintaining full compliance with HSE requirements.
Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership
