About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare cost value reconciliations (CVRs), cash flow forecasts, and monthly profitability reports
- Manage interim payment applications, value contract variations, and assist with EoT/prolongation claims
- Lead the procurement cycle, from tendering and contract drafting to final account settlements
- Perform quantity take offs (CESMM), verify BOQs, and administer FIDIC based contracts to mitigate commercial risk
- Guide and support junior QS and site based commercial teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in QS, Civil Engineering, or related field (MRICS is a strong plus)
- 8 to 12 years of core QS experience (minimum 4 years at Senior level)
- Proven track record on UAE/GCC large scale infrastructure projects (roads, earthworks, bridges, utilities)
- Deep knowledge of FIDIC
- Proficiency in QS software (e.g., CostX, Candy/CCS, advanced Excel)
- Strong negotiation skills

Job Summary
- We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with deep expertise in heavy civil construction (highways, bridges, utilities) to lead the commercial management and contract administration of large scale infrastructure projects in the Northern Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost & Financial Management: Prepare cost value reconciliations (CVRs), cash flow forecasts, and monthly profitability reports.
- Valuations, Variations & Claims: Manage interim payment applications, value contract variations, and assist with EoT/prolongation claims.
- Subcontractor Management: Lead the procurement cycle, from tendering and contract drafting to final account settlements.
- Measurement & Contracts: Perform quantity take offs (CESMM), verify BOQs, and administer FIDIC based contracts to mitigate commercial risk.
- Mentorship: Guide and support junior QS and site based commercial teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in QS, Civil Engineering, or a related field (MRICS is a strong plus).
- Experience: 8 to 12 years of core QS experience (minimum 4 years at Senior level).
