- Manage and maintain BIM execution plan and ensure the team complies with it
- Implement BIM Project Standards
- Lead internal Weekly BIM Coordination Meetings
- Execute Quality Control (QC) Procedures
- Perform clash detection
- Daily model management administration and maintenance
- Monitor and Control BIM Weekly Progress Submissions, and coordinate the integration of models from different disciplines
- Provides BIM training where needed
- Lead creating high detailed and advanced families
- Ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements and deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years working with BIM
- At least 5 years within Interior Design in the UAE
- Confidence in managing a BIM team
- Client facing – must be confident to discuss/respond during Client interactions
