- Deliver accurate financial reports, cost/value reconciliations, and KPI tracking to senior management
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure absolute adherence to contractual obligations, company policies, and UAE regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related field
- 10–15+ years of experience in commercial management, with significant exposure to UAE/GCC infrastructure projects
- Deep knowledge of standard contract forms; FIDIC experience is essential
- Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously, driving cost control, and executing detailed financial reporting

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated Quantity Surveying Manager to lead commercial and contractual management for multiple complex infrastructure projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial & Contract Management: Oversee cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, variations, claims, dispute resolution, and procurement.
- Portfolio Oversight: Manage financial performance and risk mitigation across multiple concurrent projects.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors and junior staff.

Qualifications & Experience
