- Monitor budgets, financial reporting, payment applications, project costs, and variations.
- Oversee fit out and luxury interior works including joinery, MEP coordination, and high end finishes.
- Lead commercial and contract management while ensuring compliance with project and industry standards.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in joinery, fit out, and luxury villa projects within the UAE
- Valid driving license
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and standard contract
- Hands on procurement experience, including tendering, supplier negotiations, subcontractor management, and contract administration

Qualifications
- Have 6–10 years of experience in joinery, fit out, and luxury villa projects within the UAE with a valid driving license
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and standard contract and hands on procurement experience, including tendering, supplier negotiations, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
