Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Control within large scale infrastructure projects
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC region
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with standard forms of contracts (FIDIC preferred)
- Currently residing in the UAE

Role Description
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure Division.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all quantity surveying, commercial, and cost control activities related to major infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, stormwater networks, sewerage systems, electrical networks, and telecommunications infrastructure.
- The role requires strong expertise in contract administration, variation management, cost reporting, and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
