Requirements
- 8 15 years of experience in quantity surveying
- Experience in aluminum/glass projects
- Knowledge of tendering, cost control, and contract management

Key Responsibilities
- Tendering and Estimation: Leading tender submissions, conducting quantity take offs for aluminum/glass, and preparing technical clarifications and pricing.
- Contractual & Financial Control: Reviewing contract documents, preparing monthly payment applications (interim payments), and managing subcontractor payments.
- Variation and Claim Management: Identifying, evaluating, and negotiating variations (change orders) and claims, ensuring proper documentation to protect company profitability.
- Project Costing: Monitoring project costs against budgets, forecasting cash flow, and implementing cost saving measures.
- Final Account Settlement: Negotiating final accounts with main contractors to ensure timely project closure.
- Coordination & Leadership: Coordinating with design, procurement, and site teams while mentoring junior surveyors.
