Responsibilities
- Lead all cost related aspects of projects from pre contract through post contract stages
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), develop cost plans and estimates
- Provide detailed cost advice during design development
- Evaluate contractor and subcontractor quotations, prepare tender documents
- Support contract negotiation and award
- Monitor project budgets, track variations, produce regular cost reports
- Advise on value engineering options
- Assess interim payment applications, manage final accounts
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and clients to maintain financial control and project viability
Requirements
- Strong experience in cost management, cost planning, and cost control
- Skilled in quantity surveying documentation, including BOQ preparation and cost reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, or related field (RICS is a plus)
- Proven Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor experience on construction projects in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction contracts, tendering, and variation/claims management
- Advanced Excel, numerical, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Good coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and clients

Role Description
- The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading all cost related aspects of projects from pre contract through post contract stages.
- This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), developing cost plans and estimates.
