- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with estimation software is an advantage
- Prior UAE experience in interior fit out projects

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Estimation Engineer role based in Dubai.
- The Estimation Engineer will prepare cost estimates, BOQs, quantity take offs, and pricing for interior fit out projects across commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and mixed use developments.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing drawings and specifications
- Obtaining and evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Coordinating with project teams to clarify scope
- Supporting tender submissions
- Identifying value engineering opportunities
- Updating estimates based on design revisions
Qualifications
- Experience in estimating and pricing interior fit out projects
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation, quantity take offs, and interpreting architectural, interior, and MEP drawings
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
