- Prepare accurate technical drawings and project documentation for construction projects
- Convert engineering designs and technical information into detailed CAD drawings, layouts, and construction documents
- Update drawings based on feedback from engineers, consultants, contractors, and project managers
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and quality standards
- Maintain organized drawing records and manage drawing revisions
- Assist in resolving technical issues during the design and construction phases
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD/BIM software
- Ability to prepare accurate civil, structural, and/or mechanical drawings and construction documentation
- Good understanding of construction methods, engineering standards, and UAE building regulations
- Experience interpreting engineering designs, consultant comments, and site measurements to prepare and update drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review and revise drawings for accuracy and consistency
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing drawing revisions and project documentation
- Full time availability for on site work in Dubai
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, Architecture, or a related field
- Previous experience in construction or MEP projects is an advantage

Role Description
- The Civil & Mechanical Drafter will support project delivery by preparing accurate technical drawings and project documentation for construction projects.
- This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- The Drafter will convert engineering designs and technical information into detailed CAD drawings, layouts, and construction documents.
