About the Role

- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison sheets
- Handle variations, interim payments, and final accounts
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants
- Ensure cost control across all MEP activities
- Review drawings and specifications for quantity take offs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in QS, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
- Proven experience in MEP Quantity Surveying within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
- Experience with cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and site coordination
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
