Hiring: Senior Quantity Surveyor Engineer
We are looking for a highly experienced **Senior Quantity Surveyor Engineer** to join our team in Qatar.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Master's Degree in a relevant discipline will be an advantage.
- MRICS or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- **15–20 years of post-graduate experience.**
- Proven experience in **building projects**.
- Strong background in **contracts management**, including contractual claims and dispute resolution.
- Experience with **FIDIC** and Government contract forms.
- Familiarity with **Design-Bid-Build, Design & Build, and Supervision Consultant contracts**.
- Experience in procurement management, tendering procedures, and contract administration.
- Ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong computer skills related to quantity surveying and commercial management.
- **UPDA/MME Grade A – Mandatory.**
- **Previous PWA (Ashghal) Approval – Mandatory.**
- Experience in Qatar and/or the GCC region is highly preferred.
