- Monitor project progress and identify delays, recommending corrective actions

- Review drawings, BOQs, and project requirements for accurate planning
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
- Analyze risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Evaluate variation orders and claims related to time and cost
- Support resource planning and allocation
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and contractual requirements
- Attend meetings and track action items for timely completion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc / BEng / BA)
- UPDA Certification – Grade A (Mandatory)
- 15–20 years of relevant experience
- Must have Building Experience
- Previous ATM / PWA approval is preferred
- Must be currently available in Qatar
