Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), interim claims, final accounts, contractor invoices, and payment certificates
- Manage payment processing, payment trackers, expense reports, costing activities, and financial reporting
- Review and monitor cost classifications, costing models, fixed asset transactions, depreciation, disposals, and impairment records
- Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment related issues
- Support budgeting, cost control, investment activities, financial analysis, and asset management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project accounting, cost control, contract administration, and financial reporting
- Experience in BOQ preparation, interim claim evaluation, final accounts, contractor invoice review, and payment certificates
- Strong knowledge of costing, fixed assets, budgeting, and payment processing
- GCC/Middle East project experience preferred
- CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA, RICS, MRICS, or equivalent certification is an advantage
