- Experience working in the Middle East/GCC region, preferably in Qatar
- Strong knowledge of SCADA, CSS, NMS, CCTV, GIS, EAMS, and communication networks
- Experience in cyber security investigations, network monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of drainage networks, pump stations, and treatment facilities is an advantage
- Professional Chartership or relevant certifications are preferred
