Job Summary
The Senior QA and Process Excellence Analyst advances quality, testing, process governance, and delivery excellence across the PMO and Agile Delivery organization.
The role supports testing maturity, business process validation, operational readiness, and delivery assurance across technology and business teams.
The position partners with stakeholders without assuming system ownership responsibilities.
Quality Engineering and Testing
- Define and maintain testing standards, methodologies, and governance practices.
- Build the PMO testing framework and establish testing maturity roadmaps and quality performance metrics.
- Standardize functional, integration, regression, UAT, and operational readiness testing processes.
- Lead quality assurance planning and improve defect management and root cause analysis practices.
Process Architecture and Optimization
- Document current-state and future-state business processes.
- Facilitate process analysis and optimization initiatives.
- Create end-to-end process maps and operational workflows.
- Identify process gaps, controls, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
