Role Overview
The Senior Analyst supports regulated customer strategy, transformation execution, and performance management.
The role translates customer, operational, financial, market, and regulatory data into actionable recommendations.
The position supports retention, churn reduction, customer experience improvement, strategic planning, and portfolio reporting.
Customer Strategy and Insights
- Analyze retention trends, churn drivers, complaint data, and operational performance metrics.
- Support customer segmentation, journey analysis, and experience strategy development.
- Conduct competitive, regulatory, and market analysis.
- Prepare analytical summaries and briefing materials for strategic decision-making.
Transformation Execution
- Contribute to initiative planning, requirements definition, business-needs documentation, and roadmap development.
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and delays for escalation.
- Maintain business requirements, process documentation, and change impact assessments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate assumptions and align initiative scope and outcomes.
