Job Summary
The Senior QA and Process Excellence Analyst advances quality, testing, process governance, and delivery excellence across the PMO and Agile Delivery organization.
The role supports testing maturity, quality governance, business process validation, operational readiness, and delivery assurance.
The position partners with Product Owners, Agile teams, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders without assuming system ownership.
Quality Engineering and Testing
- Define testing standards, methodologies, and governance practices.
- Build and improve the PMO testing framework and testing maturity roadmaps.
- Establish quality performance metrics and develop functional, integration, regression, UAT, and operational readiness testing processes.
- Lead quality assurance planning and ensure consistent defect management and root cause analysis.
Process Architecture and Optimization
- Document current-state and future-state business processes.
- Facilitate process analysis and optimization initiatives.
- Create end-to-end process maps and operational workflows.
