The role is Senior Associate – Level 1 in Python development.
The position requires 4–7 years of experience and is located in Delhi.
Maximum stated compensation is up to ₹12 LPA.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex backend systems and scalable Python applications.
- Integrate frontend components using JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Architect low-latency systems optimized for scalability, security, and reliability.
- Lead and mentor developers and conduct engineering reviews.
- Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams on technical execution.
- Manage roadmaps, project delivery, and structured documentation.
- Explore AI/ML techniques where applicable.
- Troubleshoot production issues and maintain stability and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- AI/ML certifications or exposure are advantageous but not mandatory.
Work Experience
- 4–7 years of professional Python development experience.
- Experience designing and delivering backend and frontend applications.
- Strong experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Exposure to JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.
- Experience leading development teams and owning project delivery.
Skills, Abilities and Knowledge
- Strong Python programming and application architecture knowledge.
- Ability to build complex, performant, and scalable systems.
- Understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
- Proficiency integrating frontend systems with backend services.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.
- Structured, process-oriented working style with a strong sense of ownership.
Compensation
- Maximum stated CTC is up to ₹12 LPA.
