Coordinate end-to-end support for international patients seeking medical opinions and treatment in India and abroad.
The work is coordination-based and conducted virtually, without required physical meetings with doctors or patients.
Schedule
- Working hours are 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Monday through Friday and 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturday.
Workplace
- The role is performed virtually; an in-person interview is held at the Bengaluru office.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate effectively between doctors and international patients.
- Provide accurate medical information to help patients make informed decisions.
- Manage medical second opinions, treatment planning, visa documentation guidance, and travel logistics.
- Maintain relationships and coordination with international business partners.
- Draft and respond to professional emails.
- Maintain accurate Excel trackers and patient records.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and seamless communication throughout treatment journeys.
Required qualifications
- At least six months of experience working with hospitals.
- Good verbal and written English communication; English is mandatory.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
- Ability to handle international clients professionally.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- An MBA in healthcare or nursing is preferred.
Compensation
- The stated budget is 25,000 to 45,000, depending on the interview; no compensation period is specified.
