Role Overview
- A Senior PRO in a Construction and Facility Management company is responsible for handling all government related documentation, approvals, visa processes, labor matters, and regulatory compliance.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with government authorities such as immigration, labor department, municipality, economic department, and free zones.
- Maintain strong relationships with government entities to ensure smooth processing of company requirements.
- Stay updated on UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and company compliance requirements.
- Process employment visas, residence visas, visa renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
- Handle Emirates ID applications and renewals.
- Coordinate medical tests, biometrics, and other immigration procedures.
- Manage labor contracts, work permits, and labor card renewals.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Process trade license renewals and amendments.
- Obtain and renew company permits, approvals, and certificates.
- Maintain records of all company licenses and legal documents.
