About the Role

Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and prospecting
- Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to closing
- Sell both Off Plan and Secondary Market properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers
- Conduct property viewings and project presentations
- Provide professional investment advice based on clients' requirements
- Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions
- Follow up with clients promptly and maintain a high conversion rate
- Maintain accurate records and update the company CRM daily
- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, new project launches, and RERA regulations
- Work closely with management to achieve individual and company sales targets
- Represent Fancy Homes Real Estate professionally at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience
- Mandatory experience in both Off Plan and Secondary Market sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self motivated, ambitious, and target driven
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market
- RERA certification is an advantage
- UAE driving licence and own car are preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

About the Role
- Fancy Homes Real Estate is seeking an experienced and results driven Senior Property Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in both Off Plan and Secondary Market sales within Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
