Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Off Plan Team Leader in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off plan real estate market
- Proven experience in recruiting and leading successful sales teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
- UAE driving license is an advantage
