About the Role

- Generate and manage property sales and leasing opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, landlords, and developers
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Negotiate offers and close transactions effectively
- Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system
- Follow up with leads and ensure exceptional customer service
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market developments
Requirements
- Previous experience in Dubai real estate preferred
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and professional
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building abilities
- Fluency in English required; additional languages an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market a plus
