- Lead complex property transactions and high value negotiations
- Represent premium off plan and ready properties across Abu Dhabi's top communities
- Build and manage a strong portfolio of HNW clients, investors, and long term partners
- Deliver advanced investment consultations, market insights, and tailored property strategies
- Conduct curated viewings, virtual tours, and professional presentations
- Mentor junior agents and support team performance when required
- Maintain CRM accuracy and uphold company sales processes
- Collaborate closely with developers, marketing teams, and management to maximize sales results
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Property Consultant, Real Estate Broker, or high performing sales professional
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage high value clients and complex transactions
- Professional appearance, polished communication style, and strong business acumen
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target driven
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Deep knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
